The Paradise Bali

The Paradise Bali (“Paradise“) is a top-rated gym in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia. The owners were seeking to enhance their online presence and attract more customers through a modern and user-friendly website that aligns with their values and desired theme, which includes tropical, chilled, friendly, and ‘boho’ vibe.

They approached me to build their website from scratch and implement a branding strategy that would appeal to their target audience. We had an indicative timeline of around 2 months to launch the new website. Throughout this project, we used tools such as Google Suite for content management, Figma for wireframing and design, WordPress as the web platform, and SEMRush for SEO.

Brand Strategy

The first step in building the website was to create a branding strategy that would align with Paradise’s vision and goals. We conducted a thorough analysis of their target audience and the competition to identify gaps and opportunities that could make them stand out. We developed a brand identity that reflected Paradise’s theme, incorporating colors and images already adopted by Paradise.

Wireframes and Website Design

After developing the branding strategy, the next step was to create wireframes for the website’s layout and navigation. This involved outlining the structure of the website, identifying key pages and their content, and developing a user flow that would make it easy for visitors to find the information they needed.


With the wireframes in place, we proceeded to create the website’s design, creating a visually appealing layout that featured relatable images of Paradise’s facilities, offers, and services. We also incorporated calls-to-action throughout the website, encouraging visitors to book and learn more about Paradise’s services.

Website Development & SEO

Once the design was approved by the owners, we began the web development phase. Paradise’s website was built using WordPress, an open-source content management system that would allow Paradise’s staff to easily update the website’s content and add new pages in the future.


To ensure that the website would rank well on Google, we implemented search engine optimization (SEO) best practices throughout the website. This involved optimizing the website’s content, meta descriptions, and headings to include relevant keywords and improving the website’s load speed. We implemented SEO initiatives that improved Paradise’s web traffic over the course of 12 months.


Final Thoughts!

By developing a thorough branding strategy, wireframes, website design, development, and SEO, we were able to create a user-friendly and visually appealing website that showcased Paradise’s facilities, offers, and services, thus attracting more visitors. We were able to complete this within a period of 6-8 weeks. The website has been well-received by Paradise and its web users.  The website has helped establish “The Paradise Bali” as one of the best fitness and lifestyle locations in Sanur, Bali.

I’m very specific in what I like.  We went through the business purpose, the mission, the values of the business, the strategic pillars, the brand personality, the culture, the credo, and of course, corporate colours. And from all that information that I gave him, he was able to deliver me my first template of the website, and it was absolutely spot on what I was looking for. Some things that he did that I wasn’t aware of which are the details behind the website was the SEO creation. He was able to extract all the key words and terms from our website and put it onto the internet. So that now we have one of the We Are.  The Top hit in our area for our business. Ron was able to get all the information from us deliver the concept that we asked for, and he was able to do it in a very reasonable time.
