Hi there, I'm Ron. The person behind Clever Quokka....
Enough about the business name. Unce upon a time, I was a legal eagle turned jet-setting weo developer. With over 15 years of experience in law (10 of which was a praticising lawyer), I decided it was time for a change of scenery and a change of careers. And so, in 2018, I embarked on a journey as a digital nomad, traveling to over many countries and soaking up inspiration along the way.
But I didn't just want to see the world, I wanted to experience new things and satisfy my creativity. And so, I made the switch to web development and have now built 100+ amazing websites (both working for an agency and running my own businesses).
And the journey doesn't stop here though! I'm still traveling the globe, using each new destination as a source o inspiration for the website design, making a lot of new connections and learning so much more on the way. So here's the thing… I spent 15 years in the legal field (yes, I was actually a lawyer!) before I had my "what am I doing with my life?" moment. After losing my mum and working myself into the ground at big law firms, I realized life's too short to be miserable.
